All New Zealand orders are dispatched from Auckland. Once you have placed your order it should be to you within 1-3 days (Please add another 1-2 days on top of this for Rural Delivery). Once we have fulfilled your order you will be emailed tracking information.

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

We work hard to make sure your order gets on the courier and in your hands as quick as possible. If you are experiencing a delay with the arrival of your purchase, then please contact us so we can look into it. hello@onnybody.com

Australia:

AU Urban Addresses $10AUD

All Australian orders are dispatched from Auckland and shipped via Australia Post. Once you have placed your order it should be to you within 3-10 days. Once we have fulfilled your order you will be emailed tracking information.

Rest of the World:

Apologies to the rest of the world but we are prioritising serving our New Zealand and Australian customers and won’t be able to send ONNYBODY® products to you at the moment. Stay tuned as this will change in the future. Thanks for your understanding. 

RETURNS

Shopping online is amazing, but we know it has challenges (like not being able to touch, feel or smell items). So if you're not happy with your ONNYBODY® purchase, we'll arrange a hassle-free return.

Fragrance Guarantee & Change of Mind Returns 7 days from delivery. Items must be in original condition with majority of product retained and original packaging. You'll need your order number.

Faulty Products If your ONNYBODY® products are faulty or defective, we'll provide repair, replacement, or refund as required by NZ & AU consumer law.

Return Process Contact hello@onnybody.com explaining why you need to return. Once accepted, we'll send a prepaid return label. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages Inspect your order immediately. Contact us straight away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can fix it fast.

Refunds Issued for accepted faulty claims or approved change-of-mind returns. Allow time for your bank to process.

Exchanges Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement once your return is accepted.
