We offer free shipping for all non-rural NZ address on orders $150NZD and over.

Orders under $150NZD charges are:
NZ Urban Addresses: $5.99NZD
NZ Rural Delivery Addresses: $13NZD

We do not deliver to NZ PO Boxes.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from Auckland. Once you have placed your order it should be to you within 1-3 days (Please add another 1-2 days on top of this for Rural Delivery). Once we have fulfilled your order you will be emailed tracking information.

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

We work hard to make sure your order gets on the courier and in your hands as quick as possible. If you are experiencing a delay with the arrival of your purchase, then please contact us so we can look into it. hello@onnybody.com

Australia:
We deliver to all AU Metro Zone 1 post code addresses, excluding lockboxes and PO Boxes.
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to regional or remote addresses at this time. If you enter a post code outside a Zone 1 delivery, you will not be able to check out.

Orders $150AUD and over:
We offer free shipping to Zone 1 Metro addresses for orders $150AUD and over.

Orders under $150NZD charges are:
Zone 1 Metro Addresses Only: $13AUD

All Australian orders are dispatched from Auckland and shipped via NZ & Australia Post. Once you have placed your order it should be to you within 3-10 days. Once we have fulfilled your order you will be emailed tracking information.

Rest of the World:

Apologies to the rest of the world, but we are prioritising serving our New Zealand and Australian customers and won’t be able to send ONNYBODY® products to you at the moment. Stay tuned as this will change in the future. Thanks for your understanding. 

RETURNS

Shopping online is amazing, but we know it has challenges (like not being able to touch, feel or smell items). So if you're not happy with your ONNYBODY® purchase, please get in touch. We offer FREE returns for accepted orders from NZ. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns from AU, but will happily facilitate the process and refund upon acceptance.

Change-of-Mind Returns 7 days from delivery receipt. Items must be in original condition with majority of product retained and original packaging. You'll need your order number.

Faulty Products If your ONNYBODY® products are faulty or defective, we'll provide repair, replacement, or refund as required by NZ & AU consumer law.

Damages Inspect your order immediately. Contact us straight away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can fix it fast.

Return Process Contact hello@onnybody.com explaining why you need to return.

NZ: Once your case is logged, we'll send a prepaid return label. You can then drop it at any NZ Post site.

AU: We will notify you of the address to send to.

Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted. Refer below for information on how refunds are issued.

Refunds Issued for accepted faulty claims or approved change-of-mind returns. Funds will be issued once we receive your goods back and they have been sighted and checked. Allow time for your bank to process.

Exchanges Return your item first, then place a separate order for the replacement once your return is accepted.
